Attorney and Practice Information: MICHAEL S. DANIAN has a general practice of law in the Illinois trial, appellate and supreme courts. His practice concentrates in the following areas of law: Personal Injury: including Auto Collision, Wrongful Death, Drug Product Liability and Employment; Probate, Real Estate, and Corporation Law; Criminal and Traffic including DUI, Misdemeanors and Felonies; Family Law; and Bankruptcy. Michael Danian is a member of the the Lake County Bar Association; the Illinois State Bar Association; and the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Danian received his education from the University of Wisconsin, Madison: B.S., M.B.A., Ph.D., and Salmon P. Chase College of Law, Northern Kentucky University, J.D. In law school he was a member of the honorary scholastic Order of the Curia and was awarded the American Jurisprudence Award in Real Property.
