We The People: How To Overcome Blindspots, Biases And Stereotypes


Many find it difficult to engage in discussions about racial and ethnic difference. At the same time, the demographics of our country and our workplaces have shifted dramatically.  The younger generations that are coming into our workplaces are more diverse, in race, gender and country of origin, than any in American history. How can we encourage employees to recognize this diversity, and incorporate different perspectives into their daily work lives?



By the end of the course, lawyer will have: recognized the key roles diversity and inclusion play in today’s workplace, implemented strategies to challenge biases and stereotypes, and cultivated conflict resolution skills to utilize in the workplace.
